Constitution and Bylaws

The Constitution and Bylaws of the Students' Association are the structure of our society. Constitution defines the purpose of our association. The Bylaws of the Association outlines important provision such as:

- the admission of members to our association, their rights and obligations;

- the conditions under which membership ceases;

- the procedure for calling annual and extraordinary general meetings;

- the appointment and removal of members of the executive committee;

Bylaws do not cover all the responsibilities of members and directors. They are explained with more detail in policies enacted by the executive committee such as the operating procedure manual.
